About returns and exchanges

Q.What happens if I am unable to receive the product due to long-term absence?
If you are unable to receive the item due to long-term absence, etc., you will receive a refund minus the disposal fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) + round-trip shipping fee of 1,540 yen (tax included).
