About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery company: Japan Post, Sagawa Express

Delivery time: Approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of payment

Shipping fee: Purchases under 8,000 yen: 550 yen nationwide (tax included)
Purchases of 8,000 yen or more: Free shipping nationwide *If the amount after applying the coupon is less than 8,000 yen, a shipping fee will be charged.

About cancellation

You can cancel or change your order if you request it before 8:00 a.m. after placing your order.
Please note that we will not accept applications after that time.

About return/exchange conditions

If the product is found to be initially defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and we will replace it with a new product.

We will accept returns only if the returned product is defective or if the delivered product is different from what you ordered, and the following conditions are met:
